Planning ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (I) Product Submission Status: • A02(Single Endowment), R01(Personal Accident Rider) & R02(Child Accident Rider) were send to MOF on Sep 4th. • G01(Group Term Life), G02(Group Accident Rider – in process. • R03(Waiver Rider) － need to be translated to Vietnamese • Declaration Interest Rate:

Planning ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (II) Market information: • Dai-ichi Life opens northern office in Bac Giang. • Great Eastern starts operations on Sep 12th.(Head office: Hanoi, Branch offices: Hanoi & HCM, Initial capital: $40 mil.). • A non-life insurance company, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, received a licensed on Sep 19th. • Standard Charter Bank sells insurance policies. • MOF: AIG Vietnam unaffected by US economic crisis.
