Main Menu: • New Incident: report a new incident and determine likeliness of a concussion. • Home Symptom Monitoring: Monitor youth over course of time. • Concussion Info: Learn more about concussions and issues important to coaches and parents. • ACE Post-Concussion: A guide supplied by CNMC regarding the main points of treating a concussed child at home • Return-to-Play Guide: Provides guidelines for exercise to ensure an athlete is ready to return to play.
Practice / Actual Injury: • Allows the user to test using the app without impacting the data collection • Users can familiarize themselves with the many features/functions
Signs and Symptoms: • Report signsthat the athlete is showing to indicate how they look to be performing. • Report symptomsthat they say they feel. • Excellent for keeping a record of an athlete’s status after an incident

ACE Post-Concussion Home/School Instructions: • Provides guidelines for parents or school personnel regarding a concussed child or student. • Created and distributed by Children’s National Medical Center for guidance to their patients who have been concussed. • This document can be shared via email with other parents, coaches, or school officials.
Data collection for research: • Assist in research by downloading the CRR and opting-in to data collection. • Data is de-identified to protect the anonymity of those being assessed. • Research organizations with a stake in the outcome of athletes will be given access to further research.
Giving back to research: • 15% of all sales go directly back to supporting concussion and TBI research • Children’s National Medical Center will receive ½ of the donations. • Matthew Gfeller Sport-Related Traumatic Brain Injury Research Center will receive the other ½ of donations. 15%
