Bernstein is a corporate and securities attorney and civil litigator with a specialty in business transactions and civil litigation. • Mr. Bernstein received his undergraduate degree (BA) from Columbia University in 1973 and his Juries Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 1976. • He has served as a member of the adjunct faculties of Yale Law School and New York Law School and as an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. • Mr. Bernstein is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Yorkville Common Pantry and the Board of Directors of Kids In Shape Inc.
