What We Do … • TISB endorses and supports conservative congressional candidates who fight for America’s small businesses. • TISB devotes its resources to independently helping candidates win competitive elections. • TISB has a highly successful track record of using targeted media to help propel candidates in close races to victory. January 2012

  4. Who Receives Our Coveted Endorsement … • Before receiving our coveted endorsement and/or support, each candidate is thoroughly vetted and interviewed by TISB to determine if they qualify. • To receive an “A” rating a candidate must be committed to lowering taxes, decreasing government spending and eliminating or reducing counter-productive government mandates. • Candidate is an incumbent in jeopardy, a challenger with a vulnerable opponent or in an open seat contest. • Finally, candidate is in a race where TISB can make a difference. January 2012

  5. Results Matter … Starting in 2006, our positive, pro-business message and timely endorsements have helped numerous congressional candidates win on election day. Creative media targeted for maximum impact keep results high and costs down. January 2012

  6. Take a Look at Our Proven Track Record … In 2010 • 100% of our (10) endorsed House candidates won • All but one were challengers or ran in open seats • 79% of our (14) endorsed Senate candidates won • All but two were challengers or ran in open seats • 87.5 % of candidates (7 of 8) we supported with independent ads WON In 2008 we went against the tide • 71% of candidates (5 of 7) we supported with independent ads WON • TISB supported all 4 candidates who challenged U.S. House incumbents and all 4 WON! These results are even more impressive given that they were all highly contested races. January 2012
