The concept of E-Learning E-learning : is a form of distance education can be defined as a way of teaching by using mechanisms of modern communication, computer networks and modes of multiple audio and picture, graphics, and search mechanisms, and electronic libraries, as well as Internet portals, whether remotely or in the classroom is important to the intended the use of technology in the delivery of all types of information to the learner the shortest time and with less effort and greater interest.
