Advantages • Customer Service Apple provide customer service that exceed other companies for example dell’s. • Hardware Integration Hardware made for apple computers works with all versions of Mac os without problems • Updates to Operating System All upgrades come out in one package with one price

  7. Advantages • Simple to use The Mac Os is easy to use and is suitable for all users • Resistance to harmful attacks • Apple computers are also cromey • Most good games are on mac

  8. Disadvantages • Hardware Selections You don't have much choice of hardware • Not customise able Hardware upgrades can only be done by the pros. • Limited software Most windows software is not available on Mac

  16. More advantages • Windows systems are usually cheap • Components can be mixed and matched • Different software versions for different people i.e. Xp, vista, 7

  17. Windows Disadvantages • Operating systems can be expensive • Home make systems can have issues (hardware /drivers) • Really bad support • Security issues
