JCI Tripoli Recruitment 1. Target Audience • Focus on recruiting young entrepreneurs running new small businesses as well as senior university students • Fine tune recruitment presentations to highlight JCI’s role in catering to the aspirations of the various targeted groups

Planned Activities: • Direct recruitment activities: Hold interactive quarterly recruitment sessions. • Indirect recruitment activities: Market JCI in several events around the city, produce press releases and news updates in periodicals and on website, organize training sessions in collaboration with universities, local NGOs and local professional associations

Goals for 2007 • Increase Membership body by 50% and increase diversity of backgrounds • Continuously support young entrepreneurs and close partnership with other NGOs in Tripoli on after-crisis sustainable development projects • Assist in launching new Local Organizations regionally • Focus activities around the year’s local theme “Hand-Craft: hope for a sustainable local economy” • Participate in international JCI events and competitions and have several prime graduates • Participate in the National Organization’s flagship projects and projects with other Lebanese Local Organizations and the AMDEC North meeting
