Additional topics include the Law of Sines, the Law of Cosines, vectors, and polar coordinates. This course must be taken concurrently with Pre-Calculus to prepare for the study of advanced mathematics and to elect AP Calculus. This course prepares students for success in a four-year college program. Grading Overview Homework 10% Participation/Responsibility 5% Quizzes* 35% Tests 50% *Drop one per quarter
