Homecoming 2013 Chair Positions • Airbands/Talent Show– will compile music and create the dance for the For The Glory Talent Show. • Apparel – will design Homecoming apparel for T-shirt competition as well as for members to purchase. • Banner – will design and create the banner with the help of committee members. • Best of Penn State – will design and create the booth for the Best of Penn State Carnival with the help of committee members. • Costumes – will assist the Airbands chair with costumes. • Float design – will create the float design and be in charge of ordering pomps and organizing pompers. • Spirit Points – will be responsible for keep track of upcoming spirit events and sending out committee emails to get members involved. Semi Formal Friday March 29th 7-11pm at the Days Inn Ticket Sales 10am-3pm in Kunkle Lounge $20 for SWE members, $25 for non-SWE members There will be a delicious dinner, dancing, a photo booth, and an awesome party favor! So come join us for the fun!
Treasurer Manage both ASA and COE accounts, reimburse members and coordinate payments. Manage and maintain excel document for all purchases – act as a check and balance. Oversee all conferences and the planning of semi-formal. Oversee all social events.
Social Director • Create and manage all social events (movie nights, work out classes, potlucks, etc) • Plan the College of Engineering semi-formal • Organize teams for IM sports

Secretary • Oversee the planning of all THON events • In charge of all planning with Mr. Engineer • Coordinates all directors and chairs • Over see communications within the organization including the communications director, newsletter and street team
Fundraising Director Family Relations Maitain contact with both of our Four Diamonds Families throughout the year Organize trips to visit the family Plan events on campus events for the families • Coordinate fundraising including • Canning • THONvelopes • THONline fundraising • Oversee fundraising chairs • Plan and execute alternative fundraisers
Communications Director • Works with the secretary to organize and manage street team • In charge of all social media including the facebook page and twitter account • Advertise all SWE events as much as possible
