  1. Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Sheikha Moza Bin Nasser Al-Mesnad followed an effective policy in order to build a great country, civilization and culture. The aim was to build up a human who is able to create miracles and do what is good for himself and his country. Thus, their highnesses took care of the people and look after them and tried to satisfy their needs to provide good living standards. Their highnesses looked after all the people, especially, the people with special needs. Thus, because their highnesses believe that the people with special needs are able to learn, to be mainstreamed, and serve the country like others. Many great projects and institutes in this field have been opened. One of these greatest institutes in this field is Al-Noor Institute.

  6. EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM Helpchildren from date of birth till 3 years to: Discover their abilities and needs  Train the Mother and rehabilitate her

  7. KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM For Children starting from 3- 6 years, mainly focuses on : Offering the child academic skills in kindergarten stage Touching Training on everyday Skills independently

  8. PRIMARY PROGRAM This Program is for children of 6 years old : Curriculum by the Braille Method or large print Trainingfor developmentMobility & Orientation and touching skills

  9. 4 PRIMARY PROGRAM Enlarged Books for Low Vision Students

  10. 5 PRIMARY PROGRAM Writing in Braille

  11. INCLUSION PROGRAM For the students in General and Technical Education and the University : Offering requirements of facilities & Tools Following up students work

  13. 6 INCLUSION PROGRAM Resource Room

  14. 8 INCLUSION PROGRAM Science Laboratory

  15. 9 INCLUSION PROGRAM Personal Computers

  16. SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM This Program is offered to multiple disabilities, and includes: Fields of development Training on everyday skills

  17. PREVOCATIONAL PROGRAM This program is Offered to those who exceed 16 years , and have not benefited from the Illiterate program , training includes : Independent Everyday skills Prevocational Simple Skills .
