  2. Pronouns Pronouns take the place of a noun. A noun is a person, place, thing, or idea.

  3. Pronouns In English, the pronouns are : I You He She It We All of you / you guys They

  4. Pronouns In Spanish, the pronouns are : I You He She You (formal) We (masculine) We (feminine) They (masculine) They (feminine) All of you / you guys

  5. Pronouns In Spanish, the pronouns are : I = yo You = tú He = él She = ella You (formal) = usted We (masculine) = nosotros We (feminine) = nosotras They (masculine) = ellos They (feminine) = ellas All of you / you guys = ustedes

  6. Notice that in English, we say “it,” but in Spanish everything is either “he” or “she” instead. Now, take out a piece of paper, and see if you remember how to write the subject pronouns In Spanish.

  9. Now, decide which pronoun you could use for the following subjects. For example: If you are talking about “John,” John would be considered “he.” So in Spanish, you could use the pronoun “él” instead of saying “John.” If you are talking about “the girls,” “the girls” would be considered “they” you would use the pronoun “ellas” because they are more than one, and feminine. See which pronoun you would use for the following subjects:
