Directions • HAC will be comprised of all cases where a “V” is identified posteriorly and vagina is seen anteriorly, there is no IAS • No subdivision of HAC1 and HAC2 • MAC must demonstrate a round shape perpendicular to the canal • LAC must be comprised solely of EAS • Exposures will vary – always read unless the image is so poor that you cannot identify location in canal and/or sphincter • Thinning does not mean tear
