N.E.A.C.E. 2007 Scholarship Requirements • ACADEMICS At least a 2-year history of your most current grade or point average. • SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES List activities and years of participation. • ACCOMPLISHMENT AND LEADERSHIP Brief list and short statement about each. • SCHOOL/COMMUNITY RECOMMENDATIONS Maximum of three recommendations.

  8. N.E.A.C.E. REQUIREMENTS CONT.. • PERSONAL LETTER Full written statement from applicant in letter form telling us about yourself, not to exceed 300-words • WRITTEN ESSAY NOT TO EXCEED 500 WORDS. TOPIC: THE FUTURE OF THE NEWSPAPER INDUSTRY
