  3. 2nd Continental Congress May 10, 1775 IMPACT: - Now that we have an army and a Southern leader, this should give us a better chance to fight back!

  5. WHAT HAPPENED: Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys are joined by Benedict Arnold in an attempt to take the fort.

  6. WHAT HAPPENED: The Rebels surprise the British. No fighting takes place.
