PAN INDIA TRANSPORTATION Outbound Logistics for KOEL Transportation of DG sets Fleet of MRC vehicles deployed for KOEL Jakson DG sets loaded at MRC Tukwada Hub • MRC is the preferred transport service provider for KOEL’s 3 plants since 12 years. • MRC transports the entire output of Engines, DG sets, Pump & Spares from 3 plants of KOEL – Rajkot, Kagal (Kolhapur) & Khadki (Pune) to their customers. • MRC provides up to 100 trailers/HCVs/LCVs per day & also ensures optimization of vehicles. • Powerica & Jakson two leading DG set manufacturers in India are key customers for MRC, as MRC has been their service provider for transportation for over three decades. • MRC transports DG sets from their plants at Daman, Kalasar (Vapi) & Kathua (Jammu) for Jakson & for Powerica from Silvassa & Bangalore to all over India. ALJD Backhoe Loader Transported by MRC • Ashok Leyland has entered the construction equipment business, along with John Deere, with the launch of the 435 backhoe loader. • MRC is working with ALJD Chennai for transportation of their backhoe loaders, particularly to Northern parts of India. • Asian Paints is India’s largest & Asia’s 3rd largest paint company. They have set up the World’s largest integrated paint factory at MIDC Khandala about 50 kms. from Pune. • MRC was awarded the contract for Outbound Transportation from the inception of the plant. MRC is serving 300+ prestigious customers across India

9. ODC TRANSPORTATION ODC Transportation for Thermax ODC Transportation for KOEL 100 ft. Long Deareator Assembly 5500 KVA Diesel Engine Transportation • It was a challenging task for MRC to transport 100 feet long DEAREATOR ASSEMBLY for Thermax from Pune to Gas Authority of India Ltd. – Vijaypur. • A seven member escort team organised for this project to ensure that all permissions – RTO, PWD, MSEB & Highway Traffic Police are all in place for reaching the consignment in stipulated time. • MRC is a preferred transporter of Kirloskar Oil Engines - Nasik for all outbound transportation needs. • MRC has successfully transported 5500 KVA diesel engines from their Nasik plant to Kakrapara – Surat. MRC specializes in transportation of Over Dimensional Consignment for various clients all over India

10. SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION Port Transportation for Godrej Outbound milkrun for Tata Motors JNPT Port Route Map • MRC is handling close to 15,000 plus TEUs & 50,000 MT of Bulk Cargo from various ports across India with a fleet strength of 200 plus trailers. • MRC handles all types of containers i.e. GP, Open Top, Flat Rack, Tank Containers. Fleet ranges from 20FT Open Truck to 40 FT Multi Axle Trailers. • Parts are delivered to dealers through milk run on a predefined route. Length of milk run: 700-1000 Kms. • MRC has deployed dedicated vehicles for this project. The vehicles are equipped with GPS & tracked through RAMCO systems. MRC manages Port Transportation of Allcargo, Armstrong, Brookman, Carrier, Daikin, DB Schenker, DSM, Godrej, Hypercity, LG, Voltas, etc. MRC manages milkrun for several customers like Cummins, KSB, Tata Motors, etc. .

11. INBOUND LOGISTICS MRC provides Inbound Logistics support for Tata Motors spare parts division. This involves Milk run collection from Vendors in Pune, Chennai, Kolhapur, Bangalore & line haul to TML Warehouses at Chakan, Faridabad, Kolkatta & Bangalore. Milkrun & Inbound Logistics for KSB Pumps Inbound Logistics for Tata Motors Milkrun vehicle at KSB Plant Concept of cross dock & milkrun • MRC manages Inbound Logistics of KSB pumps for their plants at Pune, Nagar, Nasik & Coimbatore. • Milk runs are organised at various vendor bases & from there line haul transportation to the manufacturing plants. MRC is providing Inbound Logistics services to several prestigious customers across India.

13. REVERSE LOGISTICS VENDOR COORDINATION Reverse Logistics for Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. Vendor Coordination for Tata Motors • MRC collects skids for KOEL from their customers all over India & feeds it back to manufacturing plants at Khadki & Kagal. • MRC has set up a team of coordinators for faster skid retrieval. MRC is responsible for skid accounting. • MRC ensures that KOEL despatch does not stopped due to unavailability of skids. MRC manages reverse logistics for several customers like Ashok Leyland, Cummins & Kirloskar Oil Engines. MRC does vendor coordination for Ashok Leyland, KSB, L&T, Sterlite, Tata Motors, etc.

THIRD PARTY PURCHASE Third Party Purchase activity for Crompton Greaves Ltd, - Nasik & Bhopal Third Party Purchase activity for Sterlite- Aurangabad. • MRC purchases about 1200 types of B&C categories of parts & supplies to CGL on JIT basis. • This has helped to rationalize vendor base & introduce single window supplier concept. • This has released stores space of CGL from inside the plant. Vendor meet for CGL Vendors. Inside view of 3PP warehouse at Aurangabad for Sterlite. • MRC is managing 3PP activities at Sterite Aurangabad. • MRC supplies various materials viz. hardware, castings, Consumable springs, etc. to keep production line live. • MRC purchases the parts from the vendors, stores in an external warehouse & delivers day to day schedules to Sterlite plant on JIT basis. MRC manages 3PP for Ashok Leyland, CGL, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Sterlite, etc.

15. PACKAGING SOLUTIONS Packaging Solutions for Kirloskar Oil Engines. Packaging Services for Mercedes Benz India. • MRC has designed and provided packing boxes to KOEL. MRC developed SOP & managed packaging process as per SOP. • MRC established QC processes at all stages of packaging. MRC took full responsibility for damage-free delivery • MRC supplies Export/Speciality Packaging to Mercedes through their tie-up with a Japanese Packaging Board manufacturer. • The box is environment friendly, UV & Water resistant and has a strength equivalent to a wooden box. Wind Shield Glass packaging Packaging of Varsha Pumps at Kagal MRC has a team of experts to provide end to end solutions in packaging.

MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS SCM CONSULTANCY Consultancy for Supply Chain Cost Optimization MRC provides Material Handling Solutions for Cummins India. • MRC has provided Forklifts & Cranes at Cummins, Phaltan-Maharashtra. • MRC has also provided Operators to Operate the MHE’s. • Training on Safety & MHE operation has been done by MRC at their Training Centre. Proficiency certification awarded through Cummins recommended Agency. Material handling at Phaltan plant. • RSB is a global engineering organization manufacturing aggregates for commercial vehicles. • Scope of consultancy is to do the entire spend analysis for SCM & to provide the solution to reduce the supply chain cost. • This involved study of Transportation, Inplant Logistics, Warehouse & Packaging at their plants at Pune, Pantnagar & Jamshedpur. MRC provides consultancy services in SCM to several customers. MRC is providing MHEs to Cummins at IPDC, Phaltan & several other customers across India.
