The silicon resin is a type of super water absorbent ultra-fine particle with good breathable effect and water absorption. Moisture in the air can be absorbed when the moisture content is high and moisture in coating membrane will be released when the temperature rises. Therefore, the resin can effectively adjust indoor temperature and prevent accumulation of excessive moisture in the RC structure that causes deterioration into a concrete cancer. In view of this, the water-based stain-resistance and environmentally friendly coating paint is a breathable wet material with multi-functions, namely adjustment of moisture and temperature, as well as protection of RC structures. • The viscosity of "Water-based stain-resistant and environmentally friendly coating paint" is extremely low. With the principle of permeation, the coating penetrates into the fine pores of concrete and links with molecules in cement, i.e. silicon, calcium and magnesium for attachment due to “crosslink” activity. This is totally different principle from normal cement paint or oil-based paint that only attaches to the concrete or cement surface without any permeation. • The “Water-based stain-resistant and environmentally friendly coating paint” can fully penetrate into the concrete or cement surface and polymerize with the concrete aggregate. The coating will form as a part of the concrete and solidify concrete strength with durability, so that a surface of high density and low water permeability is formed. This will enhance the RC structure for effective prevention of permeation damage from water, acid and chlorine ions, which achieves effect of water proofing and prevention of internal steel bar corrosion; thus the lifetime of building application is extended.
