Connectivity topology of Non-MLLN Ckt Status of P-MUX in Jaipur SSA • Total 213 P-MUX are available in Jaipur SSA. • Out of 213, 77 are working and 136 are spare. • Approx. 56 P-MUX out of working 77 are connected to MLLN VMUXs. • Aprrox 40 Old types of P-MUX, 100 Data cards & 50 Power Supply cards are spare. • Approx. 50 Control cards are faulty.

Project Review RajSWAN • The Government of India has planned a national level initiative- National e-Governance Plan, (NeGP) for increased transparency, efficiency and effectiveness for delivery of citizen services. • An important component of the NeGP is SWAN; which has now been identified as an element of core infrastructure for supporting e- Governance initiatives DIT, GOI has also embarked a significant outlay for supporting this activity. • Under NeGP SWAN policy it is proposed to connect state capital (SHQ) with all the Districts Head Quarter (DHQ) and subsequently all the DHQ to be connected with Block Head Quarter (BHQ).   34. RSCB Project • Project of Rajasthan State Co-operative Bank to provide 447 no’s of MPS-VPN Circuits. • All MPLS-VPN circuits are on MNS with channel partner M/s Trimax. • 150 nos. of MLLN NTUs have been alloted for MLLN ccts on 17 June

NCR-1 Projects NKN Project • National Knowledge Network project undertaken by NIC • Network of all premier Institutes all over India. • Being rolled out thru BSNL/ MTNL/ RailTel/ PGCIL. • Network includes Core/ District/ User Links. • Preparing Core Network of 2.5/10G bandwidth. • Connectivity of 1GB as District links. • Providing the pipe of 1GB/ 100MB User Link to more than 400 Institutes all over India.

NCR-1 Projects Project Overview- Deptt. of Post • NTR had participated in a tender of Deptt. of Posts for providing network connectivity to post offices. • BSNL's responsibility is to provide connectivity to various classes of post offices of DOP as detailed below: • Class A MPLS up to 45 Mbps • Class B MPLS/VPNoBB (4/3/2/1 Mbps /512 kbps) • Class C MPLS/VPNoBB (512/256 Kbps) • Class D MPLS/VPNoBB (256 Kbps) • Class E MPLS/VPNoBB (256 Kbps) • Letter EB/LC/DOP/2012-13/5 dated 21.03.13 for commissioning of MPLS-VPN/VPNoBB circuits along with all guidelines/clarifications/timelines along with list of circuits issued to all SSA heads (uploaded on Rjintranet)

  41. NCR-1 Projects E-Court Project • NTR has got E-Court project to connect District Courts to NIC. • 2 Mbps Non-MLLN Point-to-Point Lease Lines are to be provided. • NTR Circle has issued A/Ns for E-Court in 2 Phases. • 39 Circuits were booked in Phase-I and 19 are booked in Phase-II

NCR-2 Projects Project Review- CCTNS (CRIME & CRIMINAL TRACKING NETWORK & SYSTEM) • EB-NCR-Cell of NTR New Delhi has signed a MOU centrally between BSNL and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB) on dated 24 October, 2011 for providing WAN connectivity to the approx. 20,000 Police Stations/Offices across India under CCTNS Project. • SLA has been signed between Rajasthan Telecom Circle and State Crime Record Bureau, Jaipur on dated 7 February, 2012. • 25% Demand note amount received by PGMTD, Jaipur the nodal SSA for billing and issuing of advice note for 1047 Police stations/Higher offices in Rajasthan for providing VPN connectivity in one year under CCTNS project. • Type-I Broadband CPEs are not available in Rajasthan Circle.

  43. Project Review- CCTNS (CRIME & CRIMINAL TRACKING NETWORK SYSTEM) Customer has requested to stop further commissioning of VPN0BB of CCTNS project

NCR-2 Projects Project Review-CDOT CMS (Centralised Monitoring System) • Government has decided to centralized monitoring system (CMS) for lawful interception and monitoring of communications. • For the implementation of CMS, there is a need to connect Service Provider Lawful Interception system to the CMS at regional Monitoring Centre(RMC). • A connectivity has to be provided from TSPs premises (ISF server) to the nearest point of Interconnect (PoI) of BSNL premises in the from of pair of dark fiber with redundancy. • From here traffic will be taken through MPLS to RMC by Government located in Term Cell of the Circle. • Project taken by EB NCR-II New Delhi

Project Review-CDOT CMS (Centralised Monitoring System) • BSNL Scope of work: • Extending the connectivity from transmission system of TSP installed at BSNL’s POI to nearest MPLS VPN POP of BSNL. • Action to be taken : • Co ordinate with all the TSP local offices and finalize the connectivity. • Various TSPs in a circle are to be connected on 10 Mbps MPLS links • The centralized Advice Note issued by the EB-NCR-II, New Delhi. • Finalize and reserve suitable port in MPLS node. • If required, OFC has to be laid by BSNL to connect RMC, Term cell , Jhalana Dungri Jaipur.

NCR-2 Projects Project Review: ITD (Project Tarang) • A review meeting was held with Chief Commissioner of Income Tax Deptt. by CGMT Rajasthan on dt. 29-04-2013. • Regular review meeting is also conducted with Income Tax Deptt. ZTE equipment for in-house solution has installed to improve signaling problem
