Things Accomplished in 2018-19 • Introduced and maintained highly competitive Elite teams program • Established partnership with Legia Warsaw Academy • Reached the budgeted number of teams and players • Started coaches development program and added new coaches • Improved the overall image of the club • Improved the communication and started introduce the common standards • Started lectures and partnership programs • Reach budgeted support from the sponsors • Improved relation with city of Garfield including the REC program • Improved social media and website presentation • Executed several social / community events • Organized trips to Florida (Figo Cup), Poland and Belize

  3. Things Not Accomplished in 2018-19 • Live game streaming of home games • Uniformed coaching program and manual • Increase the volunteers participation in the club • Lost focus on lower tier teams and individual players • Educating players on club’s standards and expectations

Goals for 2019 - 20 season • Reach the budgeted number of teams and players • Execute the Development Program for the Coaches • Improve the Elite Program / Travel Teams • Re-focus the club on the development of individual players • Focus on the Growth of the Junior Teams (2014 – 2010) • Improve Communication standards • Improve Operations based on last year’s observation • Establish June tournament as a premier event in NYC • Decide on the club’s growth path • Introduce the quarterly evaluation for coaches and players

  5. Important Dates for 2019 - 20 season • Registration – Wednesdays – May 15, 22, 29 – from 6 to 8 pm • Fall Season – Aug 12 – Nov 24, 2019 • Winter Season – Jan 6 – Mar 2, 2020 • Spring Season – Mar 16 – Jun 21, 2020 • Camps: • Winter camp in February 2020 • Summer camp in August 2020

Fees for 2019 - 20 season • Junior Teams (2014 – 12) – $975 per player • Junior Travel Teams – (2011- 2010) - $1075 per player • Travel Teams – Small Side – (2009 – 2008) - $1175 per player • Travel Teams – Full Side (2007-2005)- $1225 per player • Winter / Fall Teams – (2005 – 2002) - $775 per player • Elite Teams - $1750 per player Fees are payable in 2 installments: 50% at the time of registration / 50% by Sep 15, 2019 $150 deposit for winter / fall teams / final payment by Jan 15, 2020 Second Kid discount - $100 / Third Kid discount - $150 Team Manager Discount - $300

Fees for 2019 - 20 season Let’s look at the numbers closely: • Detailed study of the fees was done in 2019 and we are approx. 40- 50% cheaper then other clubs in the area • The increase of the fees for the next season is approx. $75 per player, which equals to 6% increase • Most of the increase is caused by adding the $50 per player for the annual fund raiser • Average fee per practice per player is $14 • Average fee per practice / games per player is $11 • There are cheaper options available out there, but it seems like we are the cheapest baby-sitters in the USA

What is included in fees for 2019-20 season • Included for All Teams: • Social Events: Pulaski Parade, Xmas Party, End of the Year Picnic • Goalie Practices • League Fees & Ref Fees for Fall & Spring Leagues • No Tournaments included (with exception of Elite Teams) • US Soccer Medical & Emergency Insurance • 1 ticket to the Annual Fundraiser • For Junior Teams – 2 practices a week during Fall, Winter and Spring • For Travel Teams – 3 practices a week during Fall & Spring and 2 practices a week during Winter

What is included in fees for 2019-20 season – ELITE TEAMS • Included for All Teams: • Social Events: Pulaski Parade, Xmas Party, End of the Year Picnic • Goalie Practices • League Fees & Ref Fees for Fall & Spring Leagues • 2 Tournaments included • 4 practices a week during Spring and Fall @ increase field access • 3 practices a week during Winter Season (extended time) • 1 practice indoor in December 2019 • State or NJ Cup participation • Dedicated additional coach focusing on players and coaches development • Individual Evaluation and Season Plan for each player

Introduction of “paid staff” in 2019-20 • The organization can only advance so far based on the volunteer structure • We will introduce two “part time” functions in the club: • Director of Coaching and Soccer Development – allowing for introduction of uniformed standards, plans and monitoring the improvement. He will also focus on the development of the Elite teams players and coaches. • Club’s Manager – responsible for daily clubs operations allowing the Board and the President to focus on “bigger picture” growth strategy, partnerships and club’s development
