  2. Plug Victor Stream Into computer with USB cable. Turn Victor on. You should hear “player connected”.

  3. Go to URL

  4. English North America Version

  5. Save

  6. Save in Removable Disk

  7. Save in the Removable Disk Folder. Do not Save in a Victor Stream Folder.

  8. Saving

  9. Find the .zip File.

  10. Copy to Clipboard

  11. Paste

  12. Your .upg Should be There.

  13. Please Wait! Unplug Victor from computer. Plug into AC Power Turn off. Turn Victor on. Wait while your Victor Reader is updated.
