Fall Protection-Heirarchy • Do the work at ground level • Install a guardrail or net • Use a personnel lift instead of getting on the equipment • Use a personal fall arrest system • Full body harness • Shock absorbing lanyard • Approved connectors • 5000 lb anchor • Configured to not fall more than 6’ or hit a lower object • Use a warning line system (back of handout) • Cover any holes
