  1. How SMART HIMS enables intelligent systems in healthcare technology Smart HIMS are enabling intelligent systems integration in healthcare technology via numerous mechanisms. Smart technology is relatively well known in its penetration and technology demonstrators, yet the definition is comprehensive and can be somewhat elusive and spread over its exact meaning.

  2. Smart technology remains relatively vague in terms of the comprehensive identification, as a general set of rules, smart technology is a term referring to interconnected devices that perform functions with greater degree of autonomy as compared to their non-smart devices, smart technology utilises two core technologies in the architecture: Integration of Computing technology: Smart technology possesses computer technology, the integration of computing technology in a technology that prior did not possess the architecture is a preliminary step towards acquiring smart capabilities. - Embedded systems: Embedded systems are computer systems consisting of identifiable distinct, dedicated computer hardware & software, utilised as part of a device to fulfil functionalities, and often has real time computing capabilities. Often the embedded systems perform dedicated tasks in some encompassing larger system: the system may be mechanical or electrical, optical, etc. Embedded systems are complex and are acquiring various functionalities associated with computers, resulting in a spectrum. - Internet of things (IOT) integration: IOT networks enable physical devices to connect to the internet, enabling effective communication.

  3. Integration of Telecommunications technology: Smart technology utilises various technologies: - Sensors: Are for recording variables in the physical environment, light sensors, temperature sensor, wind, etc. - Automation & control: Automation for various smart devices, technologies utilised for smart homes create schedules and are able to, for example, activate lights during appropriate times. - Data processing: Data processing in smart technologies may exist in device or out of network for uploading to third party service providers, external servers, or typically the cloud. Further uses of computing technology for integration: - Algorithms — Artificial intelligence algorithms & machine learning algorithms: Integration of algorithms for AI, machine learning applications are utilised in computing technology.

  4. Smart devices enable customisability, reducing consumption, leading to increasing energy efficiency. Enhanced security, safety: Smart security features include real time monitoring, alert systems, Interoperability with various devices and integration with devices, technologies: Smart features enable interoperability with various devices, integration with them & technologies. Smart hospitals in particular benefit from the interoperability aspects applying to various devices, & integration possibilities provided by a fundamental Smart HIMS architecture. Conclusion:Smart HIMS technology enables provision, application and utilisation of intelligent technology in healthcare.
