Dear Directors, Registration Changes – Effective May 2nd On the PC Primer Call and on the Director Call, Claude Hamilton made the following announcement: The Policy Council and the Team Office have been performing a PDCA on the current registration process for someone who is new with MonaVie and Team and also someone who is a new Training System customer. We reviewed each component and asked ourselves why, what’s the benefit and is there a better solution to add fuel to an already growing business. Based on that analysis we are rolling out the following changes effective May 2nd. New Distributor/Customer Registration - $122.95 plus tax & shipping MonaVie Registration - $ 39.00 Team EBC Subscription - $ 60.00 LIFE Book - $ 23.95 Auto-Ship Total Cost - $122.95

The overall goal was to reduce the price of the recommended registration, while still providing the option for additional items and getting more people on Auto-Ship. We removed the MV product at purchase, but are now including Auto-Ship as part of the standard registration. Our goal is to get people on Auto-Ship versus making a one time product sale so the Auto-Ship portion isn’t designed as an optional item, but will be positioned as part of the $122.95 registration cost and you will have to determine with the customer which item(s) they want on Auto-Ship. You can still sell them products in addition to the Auto-Ship, but you now have the flexibility to include or not.
Since we are reducing the overall price, we are eliminating the 30 day free trial • on the EBC and adding the EBC back into the registration price. This sets an • expectation regarding the importance of the EBC as a vital part of building a • successful business. • Changing the registration tool from TL 155 – Drink It, Feel It, • Share It to the LIFE book. The TL 155 is still an important tool that all new business • owners should own like so many of our tools, but we feel the LIFE Book is the best • tool at registration for the new business owner. • New Training System Registration • We introduced a $25 coupon with every new Training System customer who had • 2 successful Training System shipments last year. After reviewing the data and • even though people are redeeming the $25 coupon we haven’t seen a significant • impact on new Training System customers due to this coupon and feel it isn’t a • deciding factor in getting a new customer. The coupon will no longer be available • effective May 2nd. We will honor any registration prior to May 2nd whose • 2nd successful shipment occurs after May 2nd. • The new registration forms will be posted on the website to support this change. • We will be communicating this information at the Spring Leadership Convention • in Milwaukee this weekend.
