Our team has the following members: Borbély Dóra Emese, Horotan - Mare Andrada Maria, Sabadîş Dănuţ, Savel Alexandra.” • Borbély Dóra – team leader(she motivates the team members, gives directions towards the final goal, shows an example worthy to follow, offers an overall atmosphere; is responsible for external relations, parteners, quantifies the resources of the team and manages them) judicial duties, gatheringinformation; • Horotan Andrada –professional referent– responsible for a professional and scientific way of activity, responsible for professional development of the colleagues; takes care of the inovations in thisarea • Sabadîş Dănuţ – marketing responsible– responsible for the trade image of the company, responsible for communiication generally; • Savel Alexandra – executive manager– responsible with implementing the programmes; organising, ensuring the flow of activities; upkeeping business relationships; supply, sale.

  3. Our idea is to concentrate on organising creation canps where there will be different artistic activities using ecological material (artistic works, preparing different kinds of handmade jewellery) from ecological material.

  4. Our strategy is the following: smallest price strategy (cost leader). • We chose this strategy, because in this way we invest little money in research and development and our services have a good price. • We try to have a pleasant atmosphere so that our participants may feel well in obtaining their results.

  5. The ecological character of our business is reflected in our activities through which we educate young people how to live in harmony with nature and not to destroy it.The ecological character of our business is also reflected in the ecological materials we use, as follows : waxed thread (different colours), wooden pearl, modelling material (consisting of water, salt, flour), polymer clay (different colours), paper, cardboard, graphite pencil. • Our partner teams are: “Magic Hands” and“Transcarpatia”. The members of the team“Magic Hands” are pupils of the school Nr. 3, from Uzhgorod, Ukraine, and The members of the team “Transcarpatia” are pupils of the school Nr. 8, from Uzhgorod, Ukraine.
