Quality Control Program EXCEL firmly believes that a strong, efficient Quality Control (QC) program must establish clear, pro-active procedures and objectives to maintain effective control and oversight, and ensure the desired results for our clients. Our QC program identifies and focuses upon the following key procedures and objectives: • Compliance with contractual responsibilities. • Establishment of performance standards that will meet and exceed client requirements. • Active management participation in and support of the QC program. • Quality consciousness exhibited by all members of the contract team.

24. The EXCEL Promise Over the duration of our partnership, we will contribute whatever effort is needed to ensure that we are meeting the needs and requirements of our clients. As precautionary measures to reduce and/or prevent problems from occurring, some of the measures we take include, but are not limited to: • Assigning senior staffing personnel to monitor our employee's performance at no cost to the client. • Conducting client follow-up. • Monitoring timesheets to ensure accuracy in hours worked. • Monitoring absenteeism. • Utilizing Employee Evaluation Forms to monitor and track employee progress. • Reviewing Employee Relations Agreement with employees prior to the start of the job assignment.
