Networking Norms and Protocol • Focus sharing on ideas that are broadly applicable and may benefit colleagues in their own practice. • Assume a positive intention toward continuous improvement; share actionable ideas and solutions. • Respect colleague sharing, contexts, and mutual need to remain confidentialbeyond the networking session.
Session Objectives • Share impacts, successes, and lessons learned. • Ask and collaboratively address questions and challenges. • Examine a focus topic in depth to apply new knowledge and skills.

Impacts, Successes, Lessons Learned • As a team, identify impacts, successes, and lessons learned related to the foundational services area. • Focus on experiences that may be broadly applicable to networking colleague’s contexts. • Record applicable ideas on notes page.
Impacts, Successes, Lessons Learned • Join members of other district(s) to briefly share ideas in small group. • List ideas shared briefly on poster paper. • Choose spokesperson for each district and prepare to share ideas with whole group.
Impacts, Successes, Lessons Learned • Small groups post paper with ideas listed. • One spokesperson per district briefly introduces district team members. • Spokespeople speak briefly yet specifically to describe impacts, successes, lessons learned. • All participants record applicable ideas in second column on notes page.

Questions and Challenges • As a team, list all questions and challenges experienced in regard to the foundational services area. (Save in-depth discussion.) • Write questions on one color of adhesive notes, use another color for challenges. • List one question or challenge per note. • Collect all notes and give stacks to facilitator.
Questions and Challenges • Offer insight and experience when applicable to address colleagues’ questions/challenges. • Keep comments brief so that all questions/challenges can be addressed. • Record applicable ideas on notes template.
