CENTER FOR TECHNOLOGY ENTREPRENEURHSIP (CTE) AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON • Interdisciplinary center for creating and disseminating knowledge on technology entrepreneurship and innovation • Provide students the education and training to become successful entrepreneurs or corporate entrepreneurs • Business, Engineering, Medicine, Arts and Science, and Law • University funding: $215k per year • The rest via fundraising and endowment income • Faculty summer salary • Professional and classified staff • Operating costs, business plan competition • Outreach activities, e.g., speaker series • WRF/Gates Fellowships and other student support
