  1. By: Caleb Animal Hunting Adaptations A Few Ways Animals Catch And Eat Prey With Extremely Cool Adaptations!!

  2. Owl (Physical) Owls are very powerful animals making them one of the top predators. When they see prey they swoop down and grab it with his/her sharp talons. Dinner is served!

  3. Bear (Physical) As you know bears are huge! But that’s not why their so powerful bears have sharp claws and teeth so when they grab a fish out of the water then need to be able to tear through the flesh. Gross but they need food too! Hi!

  4. Snake (Physical) Snakes are not only dangerous to predators and prey but a little dangerous to us!. Some snakes carry poison with them so when they bite there prey it instantly paralyzes the prey making it easy to hunt down. Fun Fact: The Side Ways Snake Literally Moves Side Ways!

  5. (Behavioral & Physical) Venus Fly Trap Venus fly traps are different than most predators They are plants!. Yes I’m not lying Venus fly traps Attract bugs with sweet nectar and when a bug comes down and lands SNAP! The Venus fly trap crushes down on the bug and devours it. Few Survive.

  6. Chimpanzee (Behavioral) Chimpanzees aren’t the best hunters ever but man are they powerful!. Even though they don’t eat meat they are one of the smartest animals almost like us humans!. But since they are smart they know how to crack open fruits and nuts also they know to get a twig and stick it down a termite hill when they pull it out its covered in termite treats!
