SAFETY MEASURES: • First Aid Kit • Properly Fitted Life vests • Ship to Shore Radio • Proper Clothing for the Weather • Plenty of Bottled Water • Plenty of Food, preferably high calorie and high protein • Tennis shoes or Boots, no sandals or flip flops • Extra Blankets • Flash Lights and Batteries • Water proof Matches or a Lighter • Hat, Sunglasses, Chapstick, and easily removable Gloves
