  2. AIBO THE ROBOT DOG AIBO (Artificial Intelligence roBOt, homonymous with "pal" or "partner" in Japanese) AIBO is able to walk, "see" its environment via camera and recognize spoken commands in Spanish and English. AIBO robotic pets are considered to be autonomous robotssince they are able to learn and mature based on external stimuli from their owner, their environment and from other AIBOs. Autonomous robots are robots that can perform desired tasks in unstructured environments without continuous human guidance

  3. ROBOSAPIEN Robosapien™ is a sophisticated fusion of technology and personality. Loaded with attitude and intelligence, Robosapien is the first robot based on the science of applied biomorphic robotics. With a full range of dynamic motion, interactive sensors and a unique personality, Robosapien is more than a mechanical companion -- he's a multi-functional, thinking, feeling robot with attitude!

  4. ROBORAPTOR THE DINOSAUR 1)  Rorapraptor is a cool looking robotic toy. 2. Roboraptor has the ability to function in ‘roam mode’. 3. It can respond to external stimuli 4.   It is a fully remote controlled toy. It has multiple infrared sensors and stereo sound sensors. It has different modes of behavior which includes hunting mode, cautious mode and playful mode. 7. t has different modes of behavior which includes hunting mode, cautious mode and playful mode.

  5. It is a family of six-legged robots designed to travel on multiple terrains. The robots use legs rather than wheels because legs are better able to adapt to changes in terrain. This robot can be used in many applications, particularly in outside environments. Used for education and research. This project aims to augment the capabilities of the EduBot by adding a laser scanner that can aid in autonomous navigation. EDUBOT

  6. ORAL ACTIVITIES I’M A ROBOT: You are now a robot. Decide what you can do and what your major functions are. Walk around the class and talk to other “robots” about your lives.

  7. 2. HOME ROBOT: • If you had a home robot, what would you want it to do? Look at the following functions and features and talk about which ones you like. • The robot can talk.
