(’76-’87) • Vice President of Administration • Began career with CSX (‘88) • Customer Service Director (‘94-’07) • Director of Sales –Door to Door (‘07-’09) • General Manager Customer Service (‘09-’10) • Asst. Vice President of Customer Service Operations (‘10-13)

  5. Current Role with CSX • Currently in transition to the Railroad Education & Development Institute in Atlanta, GA • Train upcoming employees on rail knowledge and safety • Trains 3,000 new hires a year • 2,000 become either conductors or engineers • Provides curriculum for management training

  6. Who is CSX? • Based out of Jacksonville, FL • Leading supplier of rail-based freight transportation in North America

CSX and the Railroads • CSX has been the leader in rail freight transportation for over 180 years • Covers 21,000 miles of track in 23 states. • Has access to over 70 ocean, river and lake port terminals along the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts • Transports a broad range of products ranging from coal and new energy sources to automobiles, chemicals, military equipment and consumer products.
