Developed Software Triton Mole SiteBinder EEM PMFLib is a set of various programs and libraries suited for free energy calculations. It implements: adaptive biasing method, constrained dynamics, metadynamics, and others. The program TRITON is a graphical tool for computational aided protein engineering.
