Transaction System; By Entering Inst.#, Recorders Cott information is automatically imported as defaults that you can edit. You can also pick multiple parcels at once.You can double check Assessor card & the previous deed if necessary.
Auditor enters mailing address from the deed which goes to Assessor & Treasurer where they can accept it or change it
Final Step • Auditor updates files automatically for Auditor, Assessor & Treasurer • Automatic email notification is kicked off by the update to Assessor & Treasurer. • Creates import file for Assessor to transfer info into Camax/VCS programs. • Automatic email if document was missed after the update
