  1. Follow-up Annual Update Online Submission Process Survey Results 2010-2011 See How Faculty/Staff Rate the AUP Submission

  2. I am a member of the following college

  3. I felt the presentation on the new BlackBoard submission process given at my college senate meeting was helpful

  4. I felt that the powerpoint slides provided were sufficient training materials

  5. I felt adequate training was provide to assist me in learning the new submission process

  6. If I could change one thing in regards to the training process it would be: • “Ensure the powerpoint slides match what actually occurs.” • “Make the entry process more user friendly so training is not necessary.” • “I received no training and figured it out just fine.”

  7. The submission process in BlackBoard was more efficient than the old hard copy process.

  8. After receiving training and/or reviewing the powerpoint slides, the submission process was easy to complete

  9. The workflow process in BlackBoard provided an effective way to supply chair/dean approval

  10. If I could change one thing in regards to the submission process it would be: • “The workflow process should be triple checked to ensure the correct emails are in the system.” • “Workflow was difficult and confusing.” • “Better identification of the programs would be helpful.”

  11. I am familiar with my college’s Excel dashboard file on BlackBoard.

  12. I believe the dashboard allows for greater assessment transparency and visibility within my department

  13. The dashboard will assist me during program accreditation processes
