  3. Filing Modes: DATAIR supports the following methods of signing and transmitting returns. The default option you select can be overridden on a filing-by-filing basis. NOTE: To replay a page, press your PgUP key.

  4. Step 1 TPA completes 5500 series forms and SAR in Pension Reporter and links to required attachments. Step 2 TPA mails copy of filing to sponsor with Authorization form. Step 3 Sponsor signs forms in ink and sends them back to TPA. Step 4 TPA links in scanned signature pages and transmits filing to DOL. EFAST2 1. e-Signature – TPA signs and transmits

  5. Step 1 TPA completes 5500 series forms and SAR in Pension Reporter and links to required attachments. Step 2 Pension Reporter sends an email to the Sponsor… …and publishes the filing to “MY5500.com. Step 3 Sponsor clicks email link to review and electronically sign filing on MY5500.com MY5500.com Step 4 Signature comes back to Pension Reporter so TPA can transmit filing to DOL. EFAST2 2. Web Integrated – TPA Transmits

  7. Step 1 TPA completes 5500 series forms and SAR in Pension Reporter and links to required attachments. Step 2 TPA meets with Sponsor Sponsor reviews and electronically signs the filing on TPA’s computer, and then TPA submits filing to DOL from Pension Reporter. Step 3 EFAST2 4. Locally Signed and Transmitted

  8. TPA completes 5500 series forms and SAR in Pension Reporter and links to required attachments. Step 1 TPA saves filing in XML format. Step 2 TPA imports XML file into DOL’s IFILE site. MY5500.com Step 3 Sponsor clicks email link from DOL to review and electronically sign filing on IFILE site. Step 4 TPA submits signed filing on IFILE site 5. IFILE Export/Import

  14. To start, click on or select an existing plan. <New Plan>

  15. Locating plans couldn’t be easier! Find existing plans by plan name, company name, EIN, TIN, or ID number. Enter part of a name or number to “zero in” on your selection.

  18. Important Feature Pension Reporter lets you store, retrieve and print prior years’ forms and data. Select a prior plan year or start a new year. Click on to have PR opennew year forms and bring relevant data forward into those forms and schedules. <New Year>

  19. Attention: users of DATAIR’s Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit Administration Systems... Click on Administration Update. Forms and schedules will be substantially completed with data from the DB and DC Systems. Integration with other DATAIR Systems ensures accuracy and efficiency!

  20. Finding forms Click on the desired form from the folder view “tree” …

  21. Scroll through the form using your mouse or TAB key. Click the pages at the top of the screen to go directly to the desired page.

  22. Customizing the appearance of screens is easy and you can “zoom” in or out of the forms.

  23. Or hide the tool bars and folder view for a “full screen” view of the form.

  24. PR obtains data from forms and schedules… rolls balances into the next year’s forms… and does the math for you.
