SITUATIONAL JUDGMENT TESTS - EXAMPLE Every Word Counts Imagining Worst and Best Case Scenario You are working on a complex project when one of the members of your Unit gives you some negative feedback about your way of working that comes as a complete surprise to you. You have never received feedback on this area before and you had previously considered it a moderate strength of yours. It has been playing on your mind for the past week as you are keen to be seen in a positive way by others. Pick the most and least effective answer. 42
