  1. Roller Skate Girl Scout SU 80-9 Event Hosted by Troop 1024 Who:Girl Scouts and Guests (Cost includes Activity patch for Girl Scouts) This is not a drop off event. All children must be with either a parent or a leader. Pre-ordered tickets: $8.00 per person plus cost of skate rental – $4.50 ($12.50) Tickets at the door: $10.00 per person plus cost of skate rental – $4.50 ($14.50) Sunday, November 9, 20145:30P.M. – 7:30 P.M. Troop 1024 is collecting Health/Toiletries Kits for ACTS. Please consider having your troop put together one kit to donate at this event. We will also be accepting individual items. Attached is the items needed. Skate-N-Fun Zone 7878 Sudley Road Manassas, VA 20109 • Special Notes to parents/leaders: • This is NOT a drop off event. All girls must be with leaders and parents. • Proceeds benefit SHARE and Troop Trip. • Parents: Return this form to your leader with your payment made out to your troop. • If you have skates, please bring them. Otherwise, there is a $4.50 rental fee for skates. • You may pay at the door. The cost is $10.00 per person does not include skate rental • Tickets are nonrefundable. • Leaders: Make one troop check payable to “SU 80-9” • Tickets will be handed out at the October 9th Service Unit Meeting.   2. Troop 1024 is collecting Health/Toiletries Kits for ACTS. Please consider having your troop put together one kit to donate at this event. We will also be accepting individual items. ACTS Essentials Kits: Supporters are encouraged to collect new unused items Health/Toiletries Kits: (All items in kit must be new; all toiletry items must be full size, not travel size) • 1 shower caddy • 1 comb (large and sturdy, not pocket-sized) • 1 brush • 1 full size bottle of shampoo & conditioner • 1 stick/container of deodorant • 1 metal nail file or fingernail clippers (no emery boards or toenail clippers) • 1 bath-sized bar of soap (3 oz. and up) • 1 tube of tooth paste • 1 toothbrush (single brushes only in original wrapper, no child-size brushes) • 6 adhesive plastic strip Band-Aids • Place all smaller lose items inside of shower caddy and then place all items inside of the Bath Towel and secure with string Estimated cost of kit is $25
