Departmental Task Checklist Most Departments are on schedule, and a few are actually ahead of schedule. http://f2.washington.edu/fm/maa/fachecklist • Current tasks: • Finish space inventory and begin space survey; • Track occupants of research space and load into SIMS (ongoing); • Verify A-21 cost pools assigned to budgets and attach budgets to research and other sponsored activity space in SIMS (ongoing); • Locate capitalized equipment and update OASIS; • Track and record non-reimbursable costs (ongoing).
