Food Stamp Nutrition • Attend classes on cooking, food, and health. • Classes are usually free
WIC • Women, infants, and children • Nutrition program for • Infants 0-12 months • Children 1-5 years • Pregnant and breast feeding women • Vouchers for healthy foods • Milk, cheese, cereal, beans, peanut butter, and 100% juice. • Attend nutrition classes • Height, weight, and iron status of children is measured
