Summary RCC is an uncommon disease with global incidence of 2.5-4.7 /100,000. Incidence in Saudi Arabia is much lower at ˂ 3/100,000 Incidence is highest in the west and lowest in south east Asia RCC incidence increase with age. Peak incidence appears at an earlier age in KSA than the western world Despite increasing incidence world wide, mortality rate is stable, probably indicating detecting more early cases Clear cell histology represent the majority of cases in Saudi Arabia
