Object Isolation 1st Method:
How to do this: Choose a very small depth of field (DOF) Make sure only the main subject is in focus while everything in front or behind the focus plane gets blurry and therefore virtually unimportant. 2. Get very close to the subject/object you want to be in focus and then zoom into that object until just before it gets blurry. 3. Try shooting this object at this focus level from different angles. Shoot in front Shoot from its left side. Shoot from its right side. Shoot from behind Shoot from above or below if possible.
How to do this: Lean white paper on a vertical surface, making it slide on the table or whatever you are using to put the objects on. You should obtain a curved shape: the part of the sheet laying on the table will be your floor, while the curved part against the vertical surface (it can be anything: a wall, a box, whatever will do) will be your white background. 2.
