  4. It is a privilege for you to be a part of this grant-awarded program. Thousands of schools applied for this grant, and your school was picked!

  5. Expectations Respect the people and equipment involved with the project. Interact appropriately between grade levels. Follow directions the first time they are given.

  6. Meeting Dates Lap 1 = August 31, 2007 Lap 2 = September 14, 2007 Lap 3 = October 26, 2007 Lap 4 = October 9, 2007 Lap 5 = November 16, 200 Lap 6 = January 11, 2008 & January 25, 2007 Lap 7 = February 7, 2008 Parent’s Night = February 20, 2008

  7. Groups 2nd grader with an 8th grader Stay throughout the project Work on activities together Folders Get to know each other very well Help each other out Be patient
