Important Dates! • Regularly Scheduled Series (Grand Rounds) must be entered into the Ethos system by July 1, 2014. • Only enter series/sessions that will occur in FY15 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).
New fiscal year = new series… • For this fiscal year please remember to create an entirely NEW series in ETHOS. Do not add sessions onto last year’s Series that you created. • To do this click “ETHOSCE Admin” > “Create Content” > “Series” • Remember to add the fiscal year onto the new series name. • Example: Dermatology Grand Rounds – FY15
Enrollment Reports cont… • To export an enrollment report from a session that you created: • Click the Enrollments tab and select the Administer tab (if not already selected) • Participants who attended and submitted enrollment via SMS, as well as those manually enrolled, will be listed at the bottom of the screen • Click the orange CSV button to export the list of participants
How do I delete a session within my series? • Go to your series home page. • Select the session within the series that you want to delete. • Click on “Edit” and scroll down to the very bottom of the session page. • Click “Delete”. • Click “Delete” again to confirm.
What date should my series end? • RSS Series should run for one fiscal year. July 1st-June 30th. • Do not create sessions past June 30th of that particular fiscal year.
How do I find the SMS text code for each session? • Open the session you would like to know the SMS code for. • Click on the “Enrollments” tab and then click on the “Settings” tab. • You will see the code listed under the section that says “SMS”.
How do I manually enroll someone into a session? • Click on the session they are to be enrolled into. • Click “Enrollments” (on the gray bar) and then “Search and Enroll”. • Look up a learner by First and Last name, email address, or user ID. The participant MUST already have an account in ETHOS. • Check the box next to that learner’s name, click “Enroll user” and then select “confirm”. • Click on “Administer” under “Bulk Operations” in the drop down menu and select “Mark as Attended”.
