Device in question was found in a second floor restroom, in the waste receptacle. It was found by students and a custodian
Hazmat Team Technicians enter with gas monitors, chemical strips and a laser device that can detect chemicals. They also conducted a safety screening of the room to rule out the possibility of an active device.
