  2. Why I needed to change: Teaching 6 out of 7 (up from 5 out of 7) Bigger class sizes New School-wide Grading Policy: 80% Summative, 20% Formative New intervention period at the end of the day cut class periods (and prep period) to 48 minutes More meetings scheduled after school

  3. Geometry Class Structure • 20% Homework/Classwork; 30% Quizzes; 50% Tests • Quizzes the last day of every week • Tests every 4-5 weeks • Homework – 2 parts • Homework Packet and/or book work due last day of every week. Key is out all week for students to check. Grade is completion only • Online Assignment every week
