Dynamics 365 Sales Copilot AI insights will create leads and allow CRM data queries. 02

Service Microsoft Copilot for Service Dynamics 365 Customer Service Will empower agents to work more efficiently through new Copilot capabilities such as proactive prompting, secure data access with plugins, email enhancements, and AI-infused routing. Will bring new capabilities to enhance user experiences, integrated across Outlook, Teams, M365 Chat, and third-party CRMs. Dynamics 365 Field Service Dynamics 365 Contact Center Will add new features for voice, messaging, Copilot, AI-infused routing, and support for additional CRMs. Copilot will assist frontline workers with critical information and remote calls.
