HISTORY OF THE SQUIGILLA! In the late 20th century Dr. Spaceman, an English explorer, came across an undiscovered island in the middle of the pacific ocean. Upon the discovery of this island he promptly planted his flag and claimed the island with his name, “I DECLARE THIS THE ISLAND OF SPACEMANS” loudly so all could hear… although none were around. After a nap and some food he began to explore the newfound island. Three days later, after much documentation and charting and mapping, Spaceman arrived in a clearing to discover he was not alone…
The excited doctor discovered he had not only come across a previously unknown island but he had also found a new species. From far away he believed the small furry animal to be a variety of squirrel. However, after a closer look his assertion had to be clarified for what stood before him was what is known now as a Squigilla! Dr. Spaceman a rather stupid man unknowingly bent down and picked one up. He was soon jumped by 3 squigilla, tied up, and experimented on. We now know much more about the squigilla and are quite a bit smarter than Dr. Spaceman. We now know that the Squigilla, a seeming cross between a squirrel and a gorilla, are an immensely intelligent race of creature.
At 5 squigilla in 1991 Dr. Spaceman discovered them and reported his findings before his (some may say) untimely end. The Squigilla population has now increased by 100% each year since and we expect their population to continue to grow. As of now the Squigilla have not developed sufficient water transportation but it is expected that once they do their advanced knowledge and high IQ will spur them to overtake our own society.
