Reporting Requirements January 1, 2020 January 1, 2021 Value-Based Payment: Percentage of all clients (0-22) with a CANS update recorded within the last 6 months Master grant performance measure continues • Value-Based Payment: Percentage of clients with a CANS 5-22 update recorded within the last 6 months • Master grant performance measure: “% of clients (ages 5-22) with improvement on the CANS” • Methodology TBD • In 2020, required to report on numbers of 0-5 CANS completed (to show readiness)
Reporting Requirements BI Programs All Success Beyond Six Programs Contract for 2018-19 school year goes beyond BI programs to all Success Beyond Six programs, including CERT In 2019-2020 school year, programs can use school module (NCSS has been piloting) • Historically (last few years) the only program submitting CANS data for all clients. DMH analyzed this data for BI Report: 1. Did they receive two CANS? 2. % improved on strength domain 3. % improved on a severity score 4. % improved on school behaviors
