Track your PMS Jobs, Unplanned Jobs, defects/ breakdowns. Technical – Alarm & Trips, Megger Tests Separate views for Alarms & Trips and Megger Tests to record test results with graphical representation of the past readings to monitor and track the performance of the alarm or electric motor. Detailed history for past readings. Graphical view displaying trends across historical test results.

  11. Technical – Component Work Logs Detailed component hierarchical work log to view combined PMS jobs and Unplanned jobs with defects. The system intelligently suggests if any PMS job that needs to alter their interval based on history of completion if either always completed before time or after time. This way the PMS jobs will never unnecessarily reflect as due/ overdue.

Procurement System • The Procurement System is designed to handle purchasing of spares, stores, provisions and services throughout its lifecycle – right from vessel requisitions, to approvals in office, evaluating quotations from individual suppliers, generating and approving purchase orders, managing deliveries and an automatically managed inventory. • We maintain and make sure the history of every item, right from its current stock status to consumption records, last purchase price, lead time – are available at all times for faster decision making and cost saving by avoid overstocking of items. • With Procurement System you can: • Purchase of Spares, Stores, Consumables, Services. • Configurable work flows and approvals and approval authorities to match different organization structures. • Request and process quotations from multiple suppliers which is plugged into a comprehensive comparison report to make sure the items are purchased at the lowest possible price. • Create template vessel provisioning sets to be used for fortnight / monthly consumables ordering. • Warehouse support.   21. Crew Management– Rest Hours Management The aim of the rest hour requirements is to avoid or minimize fatigue. The issues of adequate crewing and the effect of fatigue upon health and safety are clearly closely related. Plan and check the crew members working and rest hours Proper planning ensures reduced number of non-conformance violations. Dynamic rest hour calculation, and automatic MLC2006, ILO180 and OPA90 non-conformance check. Alerts in due time before potential non-conformance to management onboard.

HSEQ – Forms Management An integrated PDF forms built in the system to manage any complex forms to be built in the system on the fly with only input data to be synced between vessel and shore in order to save on lower bandwidth satellite connections. The most complex forms can be easily built and imported into system. Basic automated analytical tool can be used to perform analysis with ease.

HSEQ – Superintendent Inspections The Inspections module helps ship owners and managers to inspect their vessels to ensure the instructed quality and safety of vessel in compliance with the existing international inspection standards or internal standards. The module is designed and developed with the core idea to meet and calibrate the industry standards with its ease of use. The Inspections module is easily customizable to meet the diversities in requirements of users. An android version is available which also works offline. Detailed reports can be generated adding images and comments by inspecting authority. Live inspection for the managers to participate. Managers can set their own inspection standards which needs improvement.

  27. Document Management • The maritime industry is constantly evolving, and along with it, so are its policies, regulations and forms.
