CAC Access • The DFAS MilPay Repository (DMR) is a financial management tool that consolidates data in a single source to provide powerful reporting and analytical capabilities. • DMR is protected by a secure server and requires a valid user name and password or Common Access Card (CAC) for access. If you do NOT have an account, ask your TASO to submit the appropriate DD Form 2875. • Logging in to DMR • Open Windows Explorer or any Web browser • Enter the following URL - • https://dmoapps.csd.disa.mil/milpayrepository • 3. Choose a digital certificate then select the ‘OK’ button to continue. A Warning page will be displayed. 2 Bookmark the DMR Homepage

How to Customize the Details View 1. Select ‘Customized View’ on the Toolbar 2. Make selections from the “Tree”, 3. Enter a name for the view in the ‘View Name’ field, 4. Select the ‘Save’ button, 5. Your new Customized View has been saved under your profile. 6. Select ‘Details View’ on the Toolbar, 7. Select the drop-down arrow in the ‘Saved Views’ field, 8. Select your new Customized View from the drop-down menu! 16
Toolbar – Print • When you select the ‘Print View’ button, a “print window” will be displayed. The window reflects the contents of the entire view. • You can: • Select the ‘Print’ button to continue; • Select the ‘Save’ button to save the data to a file; or • Select the ‘Cancel’ button to close the print window. • When you select the ‘Print View’ button, a “print window” will be displayed that reflects exactly what you were viewing prior to selecting the ‘Print View’ button. • You can: • Select the ‘Print’ button to continue; • Select the ‘Save’ button to save the data to a file; or • Select the ‘Cancel’ button to close the print window. 17
Access Procedures • For access to the MMPA Web Browser the following procedures apply for the Navy Afloat Community • DFAS Field Support Detachments (FSD)San Diego and Norfolk will provide the DD2875 and facilitate submission of the form to DFAS Cleveland Security Office (CCL-MMPA@DFAS.MIL) for access • Access to the MMPA will be with Common Access Card (CAC) with no requirement for user name and password • DFAS FSD will provide user support and training for the MMPA Web Browser • DFAS FSD POC and email addresses: • San Diego: Mr. Jeff Lopez (619) 556-5188 dfasfsdsd@aol.com • Norfolk: Mr. Tom Cook (dfasfsdn@aol.com
