APPLICATION PROCEDURES • All interested employees must discuss their intent to apply with their immediate supervisor • All Forms should be signed/approved by the immediate supervisor • For B1 applications, written approval from the Senior Manager is required • For B3 applications, written approval from the Site Director is required • Completely fill out the Building from Within Application Form with the following attachments: • Updated résumé with all contact information and valid email address • Duplicate copy of Scorecardsthat should be from the last 3 months of employment and should have a weighted average of 3.0 • Current shift schedule including rest days • Applications should be sent to Site HR Recruitment POC • Applicants should have the following minimum requirements: • Required tenure in the current program / department should be 11 months for lateral transfer; 5 months for promotion • Has not received an written warning or graver penalty in the past 90 days prior to the Internal Job Posting date or while it is active • Has not had 3 or more occurrences of unexcused absences in the past 90 days prior to the Internal Job Posting date • Has not received a PIP or any Disciplinary Action Form • Does not have any other pending internal applications • There is a 3-month waiting time for re-applications for the same position • Applicants should have only ONE application at a time • Incomplete applications will be considered invalid • Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid • Applications that do not meet minimum requirements will not be processed
